TMME 2005-2010 Almanac was published

Turkish Customer Satisfaction Index (TMME) Almanac was published by KA Research Limited; consisting national, industrial, corporate indices and trends for the period of 2005-2010; the first 5 year of TMME Program.  TMME results were collected from 200.000+ customers in Turkey; for more than 120 companies in 26 sectors.

TMME Almanac provides a key strategic tool to understand how customers feel about the products and services that they purchase; examines the major shifts and trends in customer expectations, perceived quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction, customer complaints and customer loyalty for major industries and companies in the Turkish Economy.

The Almanac was prepared in Turkish and English; and will be delivered to the TMME Corporate Members, key business leaders, policy makers, government officials, academicians and diplomatic missions in Turkey.
