The Turkish Customer Satisfaction Index (TMME) Awards ceremony, hosted by the KA Research Limited and Turkish Quality Association (KalDer), honored the companies succeeded in their respective sectors. The ceremony took place on April 2, 2012, at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Istanbul with the attendance of top level business and media executives.
TMME Awards were presented in 4 standard competitive categories at the ceremony and presented by Melda Yücel, the producer and presenter of Finans Café at CNBC-e.
Based on their leading positions in their sectors constantly during the last 6 years since the launch of the TMME in 2005, TURKISH AIRLINES, among airline industry; OPET, among petrol and gas stations, TURKCELL, among GSM operators; ULKER in margarine sector; NOKIA, among mobile phone industry; received the “Outstanding Success Award”, the most prestigious award of the ceremony, and were honored by TMME Black Statues.
The companies who lead in customer satisfaction scores in their sectors/industries for the last 3 years of 2011 were presented with TMME Golden Statues, whereas the companies who are leaders in their sectors in 2011 were honored with TMME Silver Statues. On the other hand, the companies who have been supporting TMME since 2005, who believe in scientific, independent measurement for Turkey were honored with special awards; due to their important contribution for TMME and Turkey.
