TMME Q2 2014 Results were released
The results for the 2nd Quarter 2014 of the Turkish Customer Satisfaction Index (TMME) were released on 10 September 2014.
The TMME Q2 2014 survey was conducted by KA Research Limited and KalDer (Turkish Society for Quality) between 14 July, 2014 and 23 August, 2014.
Erikli, Pınar, Arçelik, Beko, Bosch, Opet and Türk Hava Yolları received the highest scores in each of their individual sectors.
The views of some 7,621 customers residing in 81 different cities spread throughout the country were sought, regarding 5 sectors covering 34 brands, categories or companies.
Ka Research limited developed TMME in cooperation with KalDer, under its exclusive agreement with ACSI and University of Michigan. The results of TMME are published and broadcasted quarterly in the national news media.
