TicketCount™ - Market Monitoring Panel:
An individual consumer panel project developed by KA Research Limited to monitor out of home eating habits in specific markets of the countries. The first implementation of TicketCount was in Turkey in 2003, KA Research Limited will implement this program in other Middle East and Africa Countries over the time.
TMME™ – Turkish Customer Satisfaction Index:
TMME is a national economic indicator that measures customer satisfaction for the quality of goods and services that are purchased in the country; and is constructed using a special model of customer evaluation system. The project has been developed by KA Research Limited and Turkish Quality Association KalDer under the license of ACSI-American Customer Satisfaction Index and NQRC-National Quality Research Center – University of Michigan.
TMME is being implemented in Turkey since 2005. KA Research Limited will implement this program in other Middle East and Africa Countries over time.
